POTUS is an early access waitlist operated by Stratara AI. This page explains exactly what we collect when you sign up, why we collect it, and who else can see it. We have tried to keep it plain rather than legalistic.
If you submit the signup form, we record:

If you only browse the site and never submit the form, we do not collect your email address or any of the signup data above.
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which sections people engage with. It sets cookies in your browser and reports aggregate usage to Google. We record a sign_up event when the form is submitted successfully, but we do not send your email address to Google Analytics.
You can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites using Google's browser add-on, or by using your browser's tracking protection.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers. We do rely on a small number of service providers to run the site:
Loading this page also reveals your IP address to Google (for fonts) and Cloudflare (for hosting), as it would on most websites.
We keep your email address until POTUS launches and you have been notified, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. If the project is discontinued, the waitlist is deleted.
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Depending on where you live, you may have a legal right to these things (for example under the GDPR in the UK and EU, or the CCPA in California); we honour these requests regardless of where you live.
To make a request, get in touch through stratara.ai and mention the email address you signed up with.
POTUS is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we will remove the record.
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
